Rogers looks to trademark ‘Want It All’ as Blue Jays seek third World Series title

The Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership in early October filed an application with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) to trademark “Want It All”, as Toronto’s Major League Baseball team strives to go the distance in the postseason and win the club’s third World Series title.

On Wednesday night, the Rogers-owned Toronto Blue Jays took another step closer to achieving that goal, advancing to the American League Championship Series after eliminating the New York Yankees by winning Game 4 of the American League Division Series at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

The Rogers Blue Jays organization filed its “Want It All” trademark application on Oct. 1, three days after the Jays finished the regular MLB season with the best record in the American League and had earned the title of 2025 American League East Division Champions.

video celebrating that achievement was posted to the Toronto Blue Jays YouTube account on Sept. 29, with the “Want It All” slogan plastered throughout and the Queen song “I Want It All” as the soundtrack.

In their trademark application, the Rogers Blue Jays are looking to have the “Want It All” trademark cover an extensive list of goods and services, ranging from casual and athletic clothing, shirts, jackets, sleepwear, footwear, hats and caps, to entertainment services including baseball games, both live and recorded for distribution through broadcast media and internet, the provision of sports news and information, the organizing of community sporting events and festivals, fan clubs, fantasy sports leagues, online electronic sports games, non-downloadable sports podcasts and blogs, and sports webcasts.

The trademark application is still awaiting examination by the CIPO.
