Rogers adds Pivot Data Centre, Granite Networks to fold


TORONTO – Rogers Business Solutions is beefing up its data centre capabilities with the purchase of Pivot Data Centre and Granite Networks. The company said Monday that it is acquiring Pivot Data Centres for cash consideration of $155 million, and Granite Networks for a cash consideration of $6.25 million.  Together, these two businesses currently generate annualized revenues of approximately $30 million.
