RIM launches Blackberry for smaller firms

WATERLOO - Research In Motion (RIM) announced Monday the immediate availability of new BlackBerry software aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. The Blackberry Professional Software has the core functions of the Enterprise Server software used by governments and large organizations, but is tailored to meet the needs of smaller organizations with up to 30 wireless users, the company said in a statement.
