OTTAWA — The Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA) today announced registration is now open for Prime Time 2022.
The annual media production conference, taking place from Feb. 3-11, 2022, will be held as a hybrid event, “offering an expanded suite of online programming and virtual meetings, as well as pop-up networking events across Canada,” says a press release.
The conference will include “thought-provoking panels and keynotes, buyer briefings and one-on-one pitching sessions, as well as profile-building opportunities and enhanced networking offerings for industry leaders from across Canada and the world,” the release says.
More details about the in-person events will be announced in the coming weeks, the release says. Registration is free again this year.
“Prime Time 2022 is poised to be bigger than ever, as we build on the record-breaking 3,000 delegates from last year and offer more opportunities to learn from and interact with leaders from across the media production industry,” said Andrew Addison, vice-president of marketing, communications and membership at CMPA, in the release.
“With the world opening up and production back in full force, this year’s event will be a one-of-a-kind opportunity for members of the industry to reconnect with one another, through unique events taking place both in-person and online.”
