MONTREAL – RDS has appointed Michel Blain as their new sales manager for English Canada and USA for CTV Specialty Sales. They also hired Paul Desjardins as account manager, the company announced in a release today. Blain is 12-year RDS employee, while Desjardins comes from “non-traditional” media sales after past stints at CTV and Global, said the release. www.rds.ca
