Radiothon raises over $6M for Alberta Children’s Hospital

CALGARY – Corus-owned Calgary radio station Country 105 (CKRY-FM) helped to raise over $6 million for the Alberta Children’s Hospital during the 16th annual Caring For Kids Radiothon held February 6-8.Minutes before wrapping up the live broadcast event, on-air personalities from the station announced that Radiothon supporters had phoned, clicked online and walked into the hospital with more than $2.2 million in gifts.
