OTTAWA - Listener feedback sent to a radio station is not confidential, and the host who responded to the criticism on air did not breach any broadcast codes, the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC) has determined.The CBSC investigated a complaint by a listener of CFBK-FM (105.5 Moose FM, Huntsville, ON).
