TORONTO – Quincy Raby was recently promoted to marketing manager for CHUM International. Distributors will remember her as affiliate marketing and communications manager for the company's Canadian specialty services.In her new position, Raby will work with the sales team and joint venture on driving CHUM shows, third party programming that the company represents and work to continue the roll out of CHUM's channel formats in other markets right across the globe.
