MONTREAL – Quebecor has launched a video on demand service and web site dedicated to preserving and promoting Quebec’s movies. Launched today on Videotron's illico digital TV platform, the VOD service is called Elephant: memoire du cinema quebecois and offers 27 feature films which have been up-converted to HD from their original format.
