Quebecor hires Pascal Tanguay away from Bell Media

MONTREAL — Quebecor announced Friday the appointment of Pascal Tanguay (pictured) as its new general manager of direct client solutions, effective July 13. Patrick Jutras, senior vice-chairman and chief advertising revenue officer at Quebecor and Groupe TVA, made the announcement. Most recently, Tanguay was director of sales for French-language television at Bell Media, where he was also director of major accounts and commercial operations for RDS.
