LONDON, UK – Quebec City offers the best mobile video out of Canada’s 10 largest cities, according to new data from Opensignal.The mobile analytics company said that all 10 of the country’s biggest urban centres scored high in this metric, which measures the quality of video streamed to mobile phones over 3G and 4G networks.
