Q2 losses at Corus top $86M

TORONTO – With its revenues virtually flat, Corus Entertainment saw its second quarter losses surpass $86 million, weighed down by a soft ad market and results in its radio division.For the period ended February 28, 2015, the net loss attributable to shareholders was $86.8 million, well below $6.1 million in profits in the same period last year, which includes a non-cash radio broadcast license and goodwill impairment charge of $130.0 million, plus business acquisition, integration and restructuring costs of $8.0 million, offset by a gain on disposition of investment of $17.0 million.  Removing the impact of these items results in...
