Q gets two-minute penalty

OTTAWA – Q107 Toronto – and numerous other Corus Radio stations – have in the past touted the fact their listeners are never more than two minutes away from music. Not so, said one listener who counted and then reported the Toronto radio station to the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council, which agreed with the listener that the promos were off-side.
