Proper Television restructures development team as it eyes new U.S. business

TORONTO – Canadian factual producer Proper Television has named Matt Mitchell as its new development producer as it moves to broaden its presence in the U.S. market.Mitchell, who joins the company from Muse Entertainment, will focus on promoting Proper Television’s slate of reality, lifestyle and documentary content south of the border.
