Proper Television acquires BuzzTaxi Communications

TORONTO – Proper Television, a factual entertainment company, today announced that it has acquired international television distribution company BuzzTaxi Communications The deal marks Proper Television’s first foray into the content distribution business. In a release, it says BuzzTaxi Communications’ founding partners Jenna Bourdeau and Natalie Vinet will remain on the executive team as vice-presidents.
