Primus develops hosted call centres for SMBs

TORONTO - Primus Business Services has opened a new hosted PBX suite of call centre services that it promises will deliver big solutions for small businesses. With Primus providing all of the hardware and software required to operate and maintain the service including phones, switches, routers and system upgrades, small to mid-sized businesses can start a call centre with as few as two agents from $29.95 a month, per agent.
