OTTAWA — The Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA) has revealed some of its lineup of speakers scheduled to participant in panel sessions at Prime Time in Ottawa later this month.

CMPA also announced the registration portal for the conference’s enhanced networking opportunities — Breakfast With and the Prime Time Pitch Market — will go live on Friday, January 17.

Breakfast With provides the opportunity to meet in a small group over breakfast before the first session of the day for an extended conversation with a featured buyer or financier. Each Breakfast With table will consist of the featured guest and nine delegates. Prior registration will be required.

At the Prime Time Pitch Market, presented by Ontario Creates, delegates will get their chance to pitch their projects in pre-arranged tête-à-têtes with leading Canadian and international industry executives. Again, prior registration will be required.

Some of the featured executives participating in these networking opportunities include:

  • Tory Jennings, Bell Media
  • Tom Hastings, Bell Media
  • Sam Linton, Blue Ant
  • Gave Lindo, CBC
  • Zachary Feldberg, CBC
  • Nataline Rodrigues, Rogers Media

Prime Time organizers say the full list of featured executives will be announced on Thursday. Sign-ups for these networking opportunities will be open to registered delegates only.
