Prestige lauded for 2009 'turnaround'

MONTREAL – Prestige Telecom has won the ‘Turnaround of the Year 2009’ award from the Montreal Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, the company announced Wednesday.“It is a great honour for Prestige to have been chosen and recognized for its accomplishments”, said chairman and CEO Pierre Yves Méthot, in the announcement. “We were affected by the global economic crisis, as it occurred at a critical stage in our development.
