Prestige buys Network Utility Services

MONTREAL - Prestige Telecom has bought Network Utility Services, an engineering firm based in St. John's that provides engineering services to companies in the telecommunications services industry.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Network Utility services include outside plant engineering and design for both aerial and underground network infrastructure construction.
