QUEBEC – In a campaign stop in Quebec City today, Parti Québecois leader Jean-François Lisée launched his party’s cultural platform, in the context of Quebec’s provincial election campaign just under way.“We want to ensure that sites that distribute cultural content—Netflix, iTunes and others, Spotify—offer greater access to Quebec productions, so that Quebeckers see more of our cultural content.
