OTTAWA – The operator of the country’s emergency alert system has a new president and CEO.
Nana Banerjee will head Pelmorex starting later this month and will join the company’s board, according to a Wednesday press release.
“After conducting an extensive search, the Board is extremely pleased to welcome Nana to the Pelmorex team,” Pierre Morrissette, executive chair of the board, said in a release. “He is a highly accomplished executive with a long track record of successful leadership across several global companies. He offers the right balance of vision and strategic depth, while aligning with our values and culture.”
Banerjee has served in senior positions at other companies, including Cerberus Capital Management, McGraw-Hill, Verisk, and was head of Citibank’s Credit Card business in the United Kingdom.
He has degrees in mathematics.
