Parisien takes on EVP, COO duties at Astral

MONTREAL – Astral Media has named Jacques Parisien as its executive vice-president and chief operating officer.Parisien, who joined Astral in 1994, has been group president of Astral Radio and the company’s out-of-home division since 2004.
