OTTAWA – The third Virgin radio station has launched in Canada, this time in Ottawa.Astral Media-owned radio station The Bear 106.9 flipped to Virgin Radio 1069 late on Friday. The station will retain its roots in the rock music format while “kicking it up more than a few notches to deliver the true excitement and energy of rock attitude”.
