Ontario broadcasters team up for televised Provincial Leaders Debate

TORONTO - Ontario media outlets are joining together to broadcast a televised Ontario Leaders Debate in the lead up to the 2018 Ontario general election.CBC, CHCH, CPAC, CTV News, Global News, and TVO will air the debate, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 27 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM ET at the CBC Broadcast Centre in downtown Toronto. CHCH will air the debate from 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM.The debate is open to all major party leaders running candidates in all Ontario ridings that currently have an elected MPP sitting in the provincial legislature.
