OBITUARY: Cable pioneer Phil Keeping

ST. JOHN’S - Phil Keeping, proud Newfoundlander and founder of cable companies including N1 Cable TV and Cable Bahamas, died suddenly in Mount Pearl, NL on December 9.  He was 65.
