OAB to recognize great station promotions at awards gala

MARKHAM, ONT. — The Ontario Association of Broadcasters (OAB) is inviting its members to submit their best station promotions for a new award to be presented at the OAB’s annual conference in November.The new Promotion Award will be awarded to the station that best promotes itself, with campaigns judged on originality and creativity, impact in the community, programming goals achieved, and benefits to the station, listeners, sponsors and revenue.
