TORONTO – The Ontario Association of Broadcasters announced today Dr. Angèle Beausoleil (above) will run a session titled Innovation By Design: For Leaders and Organizations at this year’s Connection 2021 conference.
Dr. Beausoleil is a professor of business design and innovation at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the vice chair of the Telefilm Canada board and has “spent over 25 years designing and launching innovation processes, programs and platforms inside large and small organizations across North America,” a press release says.
Her interactive session at Connection 2021 offers participants “ways to build self-awareness of key motivations, drivers and mindsets and confidence to set and lead others along new pathways,” a press release says.
“Participants will be asked to complete a leading-edge assessment tool that unlocks your current approach and willingness to adopt new ideas and adapt to the changing environments. You will be introduced to business design (aka design driven innovation) as an approach to innovative thinking and working.”
Connection 2021 will be held virtually from Nov. 3-4.
