MISSISSAUGA – The Ontario Association of Broadcasters announced today its Connection 2022 conference is being held in person this year at the Hyatt Luxe Convention Centre in Mississauga on Oct. 18 and 19.
“The Ontario Association of Broadcasters conference has been purposely scheduled earlier in the year and limited registration to a maximum of 200 people to create space for social distancing,” a save the date email that was sent out today reads. “The Luxe Convention Centre was chosen for its size. It has a 6,000 square foot ballroom, which can hold a group up to 500 people. Additionally, the lofty 18ft ceilings provide plenty of room for air circulation.”
The conference begins Oct. 18 with the President’s Welcome Reception at 7 p.m. This will be followed by a full day of speakers on Oct. 19.
