Nominations open for OAB's community service awards

MARKHAM, ON – Calling all successful public service campaigns - the Ontario Association of Broadcasters is now accepting applications from its member stations for the annual Community Service Awards.The Community Service Awards recognizes a station's commitment to their community through their contribution to worthy causes. Entries will be judged on how the project was initiated and the objectives; application of originality and creativity; role of the station in the overall project; investment of the station in production, airtime and staff involvement; and overall benefit to the community and/or specific groups, including how the results were measured.Submissions will be accepted here through October...
