Nine in 10 Canadians say their Internet has performed well during Covid-19 crisis

OTTAWA — Demand for Internet connectivity has soared in Canada during the Covid-19 pandemic, with almost seven in 10 Canadians saying they’re using the Internet more now than before the crisis started, according to a recent survey conducted by Abacus Data on behalf of Shaw Communications. The survey was conducted online with 2,183 Canadians aged 18 and older from April 19 to 22, 2020.
