NFB strikes deal with YouTube on shorts

MONTREAL – Seven shorts from the National Film Board will be featured on YouTube’s new The Screening Room channel, which runs international animated shorts from around the world. The 2007 Oscar winner, The Danish Poet by Torill Kove, will be the first short to be available. The shorts can be viewed from Friday on www.youtube.com/ytscreeningroom, each for six weeks.
