MONTREAL - The National Film Board of Canada (NFB) has launched its own iPhone application.The mobile application allows free, full viewing of hundreds of documentaries, animated films and trailers streamed over WiFi, 3G and EDGE wireless networks, including the option to preload a film on an iPhone to view up to 24 hours later, even without a network connection.Canada’s public film producer and distributor creates social-issue documentaries, auteur animation, alternative drama and digital content that provide the world with a unique Canadian perspective. www.NFB.ca
