WARSAW, Ont. – The federal government announced Monday Nexicom will receive $1 million from the Connect to Innovate program to bring new or improved high-speed Internet access and capacity to rural Ontario, to the residents of Warsaw, Ont.Warsaw is a village about 20 kilometres northeast of Peterborough and lies within the Douro-Dummer township (pop. 6,700).In addition to the Government of Canada’s investment, Nexicom is contributing $334,600, for a total investment of more than $1.3 million.
