JOLIETTE, QC – Videotron has opened its new call centre which will house a team of 271 customer service advisors and technical support advisors, the first 50 of whom will begin work on July 20. The Quebec cable giant said it will spend approximately $34 million over three years to establish the new client contact centre in Joliette, about 70 km northeast of Montreal.
