New site offers penalty-free way out of cell phone contracts

MONTREAL – Canadian cell phone subscribers looking to avoid paying early termination fees to cancel their contracts are getting some help from CellPlanDepot.com. In anticipation of May’s wireless spectrum auction, which will introduce a fourth national wireless player, CellPlanDepot.com has launched an online service that helps cell phone subscribers get out of contracts without paying early termination fees.
