MONTREAL – Groupe V Media has opened the doors on its new online store known as BoutiqueNoovo.ca.
The site offers access to deals at local businesses, shops and restaurants that members may purchase using a prepaid card without conditions or restrictions, the company said Thursday. In return for goods and services in their businesses, merchants receive an advertising campaign on the various Groupe V Media platforms (television and digital).
Currently the site lists Montreal area businesses, but the company said that regions such as Quebec, Saguenay, Estrie and Mauricie will be developed and available soon.
“BoutiqueNoovo.ca enables local businesses to hold their own”, said Groupe V Media strategy and communications EVP Dimitri Gourdin, in the news release. “In a media industry experiencing profound change it is essential to diversify our revenues and demonstrate innovative leadership in order to maintain the investments in Quebec.”
