New shows coming to Disney Junior and Disney Channel Canada

CORUS ANNOUNCED TODAY new shows are coming to Disney Junior and Disney Channel Canada. On Disney Junior, Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends (above) will premiere on August 7 at 9 a.m. ET. The series “tells the story of Peter Parker, Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, who together form Team Spidey and embark on heroic adventures to protect their community,” according to a press release. “Geared towards preschoolers and their families, the series models the importance of teamwork and helping others and highlights themes of friendship, cooperation and problem-solving.” Mickey Mouse Funhouse will also be coming to Disney Junior.
