New SCTE program to drive cable careers for veterans

EXTON, PA - SCTE is creating the SCTE Veterans Network (Vet-Net) to assist veterans of United States armed forces to make the transition to careers in the cable telecommunications industry. SCTE Vet-Net will leverage the collective resources of the cable technology community and other organizations to identify discharged members of the military with an interest in becoming part of cable’s next-generation workforce.
