New partnership allows 4Degrees to offer direct connectivity public cloud services

MONTREAL – Videotron’s 4Degrees has struck an agreement with Megaport that will allow businesses to link directly to the world’s largest providers of public cloud services.

According to the news release, companies will enjoy fast, secure, redundant access to business applications from ICT providers Microsoft (Azure, Office365, Exchange), Amazon Web Services and Google.  4Degrees’ new business solution offers a dedicated, fully reliable link adapted to fluctuating business needs.   

“Growing numbers of companies are placing their trust in us, and it’s mainly because 4Degrees data centres have the capability to meet their need for agility, flexibility and performance,” said Videotron Business Solutions’ president Jean Novak, in the release.  “The cloud is an increasingly ubiquitous technology that can help business customers significantly improve their productivity. By providing direct access to Megaport’s vast ecosystem, we are expanding our ability to offer business customers even more in terms of technology.”
