LONDON – European MVNO Lebara has launched a new free-to-download voice and messaging app in markets including Canada, that promises low cost international calls and flexible top up options.The telco, which bills itself as the universal brand for the world’s migrant community, said that Lebara Talk is available initially in English, Mandarin, Arabic, Italian, Spanish and Indonesian, with free credit on download for every customer.
