TORONTO – APTN wants viewers to start off the new year by leaving their guilt behind.

The network is readying a new edgy late-night series called Guilt Free Zone, hosted by Juno award-winning artist Derek Miller.  Shot in Toronto, Montreal, Hamilton, Regina, and Winnipeg in front of live-studio audiences, each episode asks Canadians to open up on topics often considered taboo, all while being entertained by top Aboriginal acts.

Guilt Free Zone exposes audiences to new talent in music, comedy, and dance while exploring settler and Indigenous people’s collective guilt through comedy, satire, and truth,” said host Miller, in the news release.

Produced by Big Soul Productions, Guilt Free Zone (6 x 30’) airs Tuesdays on APTN East and HD at 10:00 PM and APTN West at 10:00 PM MT starting January 6.
