New app lets MTS customers weigh in on wireless networks

WINNIPEG – MTS has launched a free wireless app that gives customers the ability to quickly and easily report wireless network service concerns as they happen or later at their convenience.The My Network Feedback App can be used to report voice or data connectivity issues to MTS, including dropped calls, coverage gaps, voice quality and slow data. For added accuracy, users can map their location and indicate whether they are indoors, outdoors or travelling.
