New accessible video series designed to clarify common wireless terms

OTTAWA – Canadian Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing (DDBHH) wireless customers now have a new video series that seeks to help explain the terminology commonly used by wireless service providers.The new ASL and LSQ Wireless Terminology series is available on carriers’ websites as well as the Canadian Wireless Telecommunication Association's (CWTA) wirelessaccessibility.ca website.
