NETWORK EXPANSION NEWS Launches this week: Rogers-MTS agreement allows Rogers LTE Max expansion in Manitoba TORONTO – Rogers Communications announced Thursday it will bring Rogers LTE Max to customers in Manitoba through a province-wide network sharing agreement with MTS Inc.
