EXTON, PA - Marv Nelson, a leading figure in the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) for nearly 20 years, will leave his post at the end of the month.Nelson joined SCTE in 1991 as director of chapter development, and became director of certification programs two years later.
