MWC 2019: EXFO tapped by Telenor for automated detection, diagnosis of entire network-wide failure

BARCELONA – Canadian network test and monitoring technology maker EXFO is teaming up with Scandinavian mobile operator Telenor Denmark in a DevOps program that will deploy EXFO’s automated common cause analysis troubleshooting solution alongside its network monitoring systems.According to the announcement this week from the Mobile World Congress, the goal is to link network performance with network topology to increase the efficiency of Telenor’s service operations center and dramatically speed up the detection, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems that impact subscribers.
