MusiquePlus to become Elle Fictions

MONTREAL - Groupe V Média is turning its MusiquePlus service into a new channel known as Elle Fictions aimed at “active women aged 25 to 54”.The broadcaster said Tuesday that it is partnering with Lagardère, the French group behind the Elle brand, on the new service which is scheduled to debut on August 26.Content will include series such as Dawson's Creek, Desperate Housewives, Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls, the new generation of Dynasty, Road to Avonlea, Shonda Rhimes’ For the People, and telenovela Pasion Prohibida, courtesy of new distribution agreements with the likes of CBS Studios International, Disney-ABC Television Group, Warner...
