MTS launches Ultimate TV service in Steinbach, Dauphin

WINNIPEG - MTS has brought its MTS Ultimate TV service to Steinbach and Dauphin, MB. Delivering over 55 HD channels and whole home PVR, the service is available via MTS's new fibre optic network (FiON) to 95% of Winnipeg households as well as in Brandon, Portage La Prairie, and Selkirk. FiON supplies a huge amount of bandwidth directly into MTS customers' homes, providing support for current telephone and high-speed Internet services, while laying the groundwork for delivering new services such as MTS Ultimate TV.
