WINNIPEG – MTS Allstream has introduced two new residential high-speed Internet plans called Lightning Bolt and Lightning Super MAX.
The Lightning Bolt plan is a variable speed service that leverages bandwidth from the MTS Ultimate TV service to provide up to 32 Mbps download and up to 2 Mbps upload speeds. The Lightning Super MAX plan offers a dedicated Internet connection that provides up to 25 Mbps download and up to 2 Mbps upload speeds.
"We are always enhancing our services and adding the latest tools to help customers get the most out of their Internet experience, and these plans are a great example of that," said Kelvin Shepherd, president of consumer markets, in the press release. "Customers have told us that they want faster Internet speeds and we have delivered. These new plans are perfect for households where numerous people are online at the same time or for households that like to download content or play a lot of games online."
