MTS donates $50,000 for flood relief

WINNIPEG - In recognition of the impact of this year's extensive flooding on Manitobans, including many MTS customers and employees, MTS today donated $50,000 to the Canadian Red Cross in Manitoba to support their flood response efforts.Since the flooding began this spring, the Canadian Red Cross has been helping evacuated families in more than 40 communities across the province whose lives have been turned upside down by the 2011 flood."The work of the Red Cross in our community through this time of crisis has been vital in supporting thousands of Manitobans," said Kelvin Shepherd, president of MTS, in a press...
